Draft: Align DialogObjectForm rows at bottom (end)

This way DateTimeFields (have a label above their text-field) align properly with other text-fields.

This is needed in Core (PersonalEventDialog), Kolego (Absences) and Paeda (multiple).

Please discuss as I am unsure if it breaks the layout somewhere else.
