Add a view 'Bookings'

Add a view 'Bookings' showing all open bookings with the columns item description, expected amount, invoice amount, booking account, requester, status and actions. Actions can be used to edit the bookings or, if they are not yet approved, to delete them.

The 'Archive' button can be used to display bookings that have already been closed. Use the button 'Create new booking' to create a new booking process.
