Rename and move out of AlekSIS scope

The dev sprint found that this app, in its current version, is specific to Katharineum and can not be easily migrated.

Therefore, it shall be renamed and moved to another space (e.g. a Katharineum group on EduGit outside the AlekSIS scope).
