Serve as OAuth2 and OpenID Connect provider

In the schul-frei ecosystem, both AlekSIS and Debian Edu are supposed to work as central identity management platform.

Although AlekSIS should have a clear focus on its core tasks, being able to use it as authentication provider if no better alternative is available would be quite helpful.
