Global search

Add a system-wide method to do a full-text search on all models (that register for it). Teh idea is to have a search field in the top bar or sidenav (@hansegucker, please decide), which accepts entering a keyword and then hands off the search to all relevant models, yielding results ordered by model type and the full URL of the model.
