Remove "Register absence" from menu and add buttons in week view, "My students" and person overview

We found out that the option "Register absence" irritates the most teachers and they search this option in other views. So, we had the idea to remove the person field from the RegisterAbsenceForm and to use this form only with pre-selected persons.
